The Social Development Council of Cornwall and Area’s Employ-ability Network has been working for the past year to develop a method to increase referral from on organization to another. The result, was the creation of the Service-to-Service Referral form. The new service-to-service referral form to be used by frontline workers that has been developed by the Employability Network.The forms are designed to enhance the referral process from one organization to another in effort to cut down on clients being “lost between the cracks.” The form comes with a memorandum of understanding that enables organizations to work together and ensure that…
